Overview
What you should know
Skin changes on the hand or foot, and the question of what they are.
Warts are benign skin changes caused by papillomaviruses. They are common, especially in children and teenagers, and often disappear on their own, sometimes only after months. The most important question is whether it really is a wart.

What happens
What happens at aprioris
Our aim: to resolve your concern directly on site. Assessment, treatment and, where needed, a prescription or certificate. If specialist care is needed, we refer you on.
We assess the skin change and tell it apart from other causes. Then we discuss what happens next and how long it can take. Warts in the genital area, unclear findings and skin changes with warning signs we refer on with a report.
Every case is reviewed and signed off by a physician, either during your visit or shortly after. Anything that needs specialist care, we refer on, prioritised by urgency and with a written report. aprioris does not dispense medication itself.
