Overview

What you should know

Nausea and vomiting: fluids first, then the warning signs.

Nausea and vomiting are common and usually settle on their own. Common causes are gut infections, food that has gone off, or side effects of medication. The main question is whether enough fluid stays in the body and whether there are warning signs.
